Jenny Knitter
Superintendent of Planning and Development
Jenny is the Superintendent of Planning and Development. She is responsible for establishing a district-wide design standard for parks, producing development plans and design documents and reviewing landscape and architectural plans. Jenny works closely with the community to coordinate volunteer programs for assistance in development and park projects. Additionally, she researches and applies for government grant programs.
