Come and cool off in a fun calorie burning, muscle toning, energizing, and low-impact workout! The workouts incorporate cardiovascular conditioning, while increasing muscle growth and toning through the natural resistance and buoyancy of water. Fitness Bootcamp
Although originally inspired by the tried and true body resistance exercises of the military, BLBTRAINING’s Fitness Bootcamp class also integrates a variety of diverse strength training exercises, techniques and equipment. Not to mention, aerobic activities, namely calisthenics and a splice of creative musical mixes to create a fun and motivating environment. Fitness Bootcamp is designed to give you a full body workout (upper body, lower body and core) each class. Each class is always different than the last. Whether you are just embarking on your fitness journey or need a plateau buster from your current regime, this class will help you to reach new levels of fitness. Register online
Group Fitness Training
Personal training for less. This class is similar to personal training, but in a group setting. BLBTRAINING's Group Fitness Training class focuses on strength/resistance training. You will learn correct posture and how to execute proper exercise form. Each class is uniquely different than the last, but always incorporates a full body workout (upper body, lower body and core). A variety of exercises are integrated with various equipment, such as; dumbbells, tubing, stability balls, circuit steps, etc. in a fun and motivating environment to better strengthen and sculpt all muscle groups. Learn to Belly Dance
Presented by internationally acclaimed, award-winning Raksanna and her faculty! Learn to belly dance! Feel beautiful, get in shape and have fun as you perform the beautiful art form of belly dance. Ideal for beginners, this class teaches the 12 fundamental movements of authentic Middle Eastern belly dance and a short piece of choreography. Sessions of Beginning Belly Dance alternate between themes of veil work and finger cymbals. Tai Chi Exercise
Tai Chi Exercise is a Chinese ancient exercise art for health. It is a holistic exercise that can improve mind/body connection, enhance energy and improve life quality.
