Yoga for Mom & Baby
This class is to help moms get back in shape, meet new moms and enjoy close and meaningful interacation with their babies. Classes are organized around postpartum recovery and infant development stages. Topics covered include bonding exercises, poses for nursing and for soothing colic, benefits of yoga for postpartum depression, and poses to help your baby sleep longer, digest better, and grow stronger. This is a cooperative program with the Lisle Park District.
Early Childhood & Youth (4Y-9Y)
Yoga for Little Ones
The primary fitness skills that develop as a result of yoga are strength, flexibility, and balance. Yoga will help a child demonstrate and extend their own innate skills. Yoga sequences enhance concentration skills while refining motor coordination and can teach cooperative play and refine listening skills.
Zumba® Kids Jr.
Zumba® Kids Jr. classes are a dance 'n' play party for lil' feet where pint-sized party animals get silly, dream big and begin their journey to a healthy future. This program is where 4- to 9-year-olds just let loose and be themselves, little bundles of natural energy that are endlessly curious about new sounds and experiences! Here they can socialize, move to age-appropriate music and play games with other kids. This is a cooperative program with the Lisle Park District.
Yoga for Kids
Yoga at an early age encourages self-esteem and body awareness with physical activity that is noncompetitive. Children will learn yoga poses through activities and these poses will enhance flexibility, strength, coordination and body awareness. It also promotes positive communication, respect, and reduces stress.
Teens & Adults (16Y & up)
NEW! Ballet for Fitness
Gain better posture, balance, strength, and flexibility through this easy to follow adult beginning ballet class. Exercises will be performed at the barre, on the floor, across the floor, and in the middle. Michelle Dawson, certified fitness instructor, will help you lift, lengthen, and tone your entire body. This is a cooperative program with the Lisle Park District.
NEW! Fitness Camp Challenge
This one hour class is packed with cardio, strength, and toning training. Exercises will target all muscle groups for a full body training while focusing on technique, form, and balance. Class will be held indoors and outdoors.
Jillian Michaels' Body Shred™
Body Shred is the revolutionary, whole body, metabolic conditioning workout, created by Jillian Michaels. This high intensity class will have you burning crazy amounts of calories and incinerating fat not only during the workout but hours after you've left the gym. Define muscle and condition for peak performance using Jillian's 3-2-1 interval/circuit training approach - 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio and 1 minute of core, all packed into a fresh and fun 30-minute workout. Please bring a mat. 3-8 lbs. dumbbells will be used in this class. This is a cooperative program with the Lisle Park District.
NEW! Light Resistance Training
Mild resistance exercises to build strength and flexibility. All exercises can be done seated or standing. Each exercise is designed to decrease muscle soreness and inflammation in the joints and muscles. This class is taught by Jen Young, an Exercise Therapist with a Masters degree in Exercise Science and with experience teaching group exercise classes for arthritis relief. This is a cooperative program with the Lisle Park District.
The Pilates method of body conditioning promotes physical harmony while providing a refreshing and energizing workout. The program focuses on the core postural muscles such as the abdomen, lower back, and hips, which help keep the body balanced and are essential to providing support for the spine. Please bring a mat to class.

This class is for all levels. Pilates moves will strengthen your core, while deep stretches of yoga posture will improve your flexibility, health and well-being. Please bring a mat to class.

Tai Chi Exercise is a Chinese ancient exercise art for health. It is a holistic exercise that can improve mind/body connection, enhance energy and improve life quality. Tai Chi exercise improves health by enhancing energy/immune functions, increasing muscle strength/endurance, improving flexibility/coordination/balance, relaxing mind/body and reducing anxiety/stress, improving circulation/breathing/digestion. Ready to punch, kick and burn those calories!! Turbo Kick is the evolution of kick boxing. This action-packed, super fun class allows participants of any fitness levele to custom tailor their workout. You'll experience a total body workout including cardio kick boxing, dance, core and leg strengthening, adbominal work, and yoga cool down. Easy to follow choreography set to today's hottest music. Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of times. Yin Yoga poses will allow us to work the deeper tendons, fascia and ligaments with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. Improved flow of energy may improve range of motion and flexibility, lengthen muscle, and improve organ health, immunity and emotional well-being.
Yoga - Sunrise or Sunset
Join us at sunrise or sunset. This health and fitness class ensures strength and flexibility for balance, poise and confidence in body and mind. By practicing yoga, you will improve posture and body alignment resulting in better circulation and nerve function. This class combines Zumba Toning, Zumba Core, Zumba Glutes, and Kickboxing and is packed with cardio and strength training while using maraca-like toning sticks to enhance rhythm.
When it comes to getting in shape, Zumba Toning raises the bar (or rather the Toning Stick) with a class designed for more hardcore Zumba participants. It combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-burning dance-fitness party. Students learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs and thighs. Zumba Toning is the perfect way for enthusiasts to sculpt their bodies naturally while having a total blast! Ageless Grace® for Body, Mind & Spirit
This fun and engaging chair exercise class focuses on different anti-aging techniques for lifelong comfort and ease - joint mobility, spinal flexibility, right-left brain coordination, cognitive function, systemic stimulation, balance, confidence and imagination. The Ageless Grace class consists of simple exercise tools that are performed in a chair along to music while using movements that are natural, organic and playful - all while receiving a great workout! The classes can accommodate individuals with limited movement and those who use a wheel chair.
This class is designed for those who may have mobility and/or health issues. Participants sit to do easy and gentle supported postures that are designed to improve flexibility, range of motion and breathe quality. Strength & Bone Density
There is scientific evidence that shows the benefits of weight bearing exercise on bone density. We reach peak bone density in our twenties and begin to lose it in our thirties. This is especially true without proper exercise, diet and with a family history of osteoporosis. This class takes you through a wide variety of light weight bearing exercises to help you stay strong and healthy. Our instructor, Jenny Young, holds a Master degree in Exercise Science and conducted her graduate studies on the effects of exercise on bone density. Zumba Gold takes the popular Latin-dance inspired workout of Zumba and makes it accessible for seniors, beginners or others needing modifications in their exercise routine. Zumba Gold builds cardiovascular health by challenging the heart and working the muscles of the hips, legs and arms with dance moves. It’s a dance-fitness class that feels friendly, and most of all, fun. This is a cooperative program with the Lisle Park District.
Zumba® Gold Toning
The Zumba® Gold-Toning program combines the enticing world rhythms of the Zumba Gold® program with the strength-training techniques of the Zumba® Toning program, creating an easy-to-follow, health-boosting dance-fitness program for the active older adult as well as beginners. Students who wish to integrate the added benefits of strength training with the exhilarating experience of the Zumba fitness-party will enjoy the Zumba Gold-Toning program. Through modified, dynamic lightweight resistance training, participants can help prevent age-related bone loss, increase muscle strength and definition, decrease body fat and improve mobility, posture, coordination and cognition.
