Anne
Mini Triathlon Training, PiYo, Strength Training, Turbo Kick
Anne has been an instructor for 18 years at various clubs in the area. She lives in Darien with her husband and three kids. She is passionate about fitness and helping new people learn to like it. Anne believes that anyone can do something if they just take the first step.
Anthony
Muscle Club for Youth
Anthony is currently the fitness supervisor for the Elmhurst Park District. He graduated from Western Illinois University in 1996 with a B.S. degree in exercise science. Anthony is a former high school and community college baseball coach. He holds certificates through SCW Fitness Education in personal training and kids in motion. Anthony has a passion for developing exercise programs and activities for youth and young athletes.
Barb
ZUMBA
Barb is from Ottawa, Canada and has been in fitness management, teaching group fitness and motivating participants for more than 15 years. Prior to moving to Chicago, Barb worked for the largest chain of fitness clubs in Canada, Goodlife Fitness, for several years, and was awarded "Instructor of the Year" in 2001/2002. She was also on the Canadian National Presenting Team in 2003. Barb is currently the group exercise supervisor for Courts Plus at Elmhurst Park District.
Barb has a dynamic and approachable teaching style. She absolutely loves teaching fitness, meeting new people and helping others achieve their goals.
Brandon

Brandon is currently the owner of BLB Professional Personal Training. He graduated from Concordia University in 1998 with a B.S. degree in Exercise Science & Fitness Management. He has been certified as a personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and has a wide variety of experience ranging from corporate fitness to strength & conditioning to cardiac rehabilitation. As a result of working with many individuals of varying gender, abilities and goals over several years and experiencing many different training techniques and philosophies, Brandon has been able to assist individuals in attaining whatever goals they have in mind.
Dr. Xiaoping Xu
Tai Chi
Xiaoping received Tai Chi and Qi Gong training through many Tai Chi/Qi Gong masters in China since 1970. She has been teaching Tai Chi and Qi Gong for over 20 years to thousands of people in China, Japan and USA. Xiaoping Xu received her MD in China, PhD in Japan and re-obtained the MD in USA. She practices her specialty in Integrative Holistic Medicine & Acupuncture at Western Suburban of Chicago. Xiaoping believes Tai Chi is an energy/balance exercise that can help you get well and maintain well.
Jen
5K Training, Strength & Bone Density
Jen has been teaching fitness classes for over 10 years. She holds a Masters Degree in Exercise Science. In addition to being a Fitness Instructor, Jen is also an Exercise Therapist. She has the following certifications: Yoga Instructor, Group Cycling, Group Fitness, Arthritis Group Exercise, Exercise Foundations and CPR & AED for both child and adult.
Jyoti
Pilates & Yoga Fusion, Yoga
Jyoti received her informal training in yoga from her father as a child. Her formal training came later from Yogacharya at Yogashram in Ahmedabad, India. Jyoti received teacher certification in Yoga from Yoga Fit in 2001. She has also attended teacher training classes at Midwest Yoga Conference and participated in various sessions on yoga-related theories and practices.
Jyoti currently leads yoga instruction at Lifetime Fitness, Provena Health Club and Yoga Energy in Naperville. Time permitting, she also substitutes at Lisle Park Districts and has volunteered her services to the seniors at St. Patrick's Residence in Naperville.
Kim
Cardio Surge
Kim is an experienced Certified Personal Trainer through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). Many people find working out intimidating; however, Kim's goal is to make fitness accessible to everyone regardless of age or experience. Kim is also certified in Kickboxing, and incorporates kickboxing moves into her classes and training sessions. Whether you take her class or sign up for a personal training session, Kim adapts every session and class to meet the specific needs of the client.
Kim has run 10 marathons and 2 ultramarathons. She also has completed 4 sprint triatholons. Her personal goal is to run until her 90s!
Michelle

Michelle grew up in the Chicagoland area and has a strong dance background. She has enjoyed teaching group fitness for the last seven years and loves to move, stretch, lift, dance and sweat. Her two children keep her busy when she is not teaching.
In 2002, she completed her Mat-Pilates Certification through American Aerobic Association International-International Sports Medicine Association (AAAI-ISMA). In 2008, she became a part of the Zumba Instructors Network. She is also a member of IDEA, which is the world's leading membership
organization of health and fitness professionals.

Michelle has been involved in the fitness world for over a decade. She joined her first fitness facility at the age of fourteen, and physical fitness has been weaved into her life since. Having worked with some of the top fitness establishments and a leading weight loss center in the U.S., she has had the pleasure of being exposed to a number of fitness perspectives. Striving to learn something from everyone she meets, she brings to her practice a medley of experience and viewpoints. Her vision is to help others culminate a healthy relationship with their bodies.
