Asphalt Resealing Project Complete
Sealcoating applications were completed at eight park sites this summer.
Playground Surface Replacement Update
Removal and replacement of the engineered wood fiber safety surfacing at Westminster playground is complete.
New Sipley Playground Open for Play
Construction of the new playground at Sipley School was completed on July 19 and the park is now open for play!
Forest Glen Park Repair Work Complete
Forest Glen Park is open and ready for play! The main playground area at Forest Glen Park was closed April 25-May 5 while the surface was repaired by the playground manufacturer.
Community Clean Up the Parks Day Volunteers Collected 2,200 Gallons of Trash and 240 Gallons of Recyclables
225 people attended the annual Woodridge Park District Clean Up the Parks Day on Saturday, April 9.
Prescribed Burns Completed for Spring 2016
The Woodridge Park District and a hired outside contractor completed prescribed burns this spring at 11 locations throughout the district. This concludes the prescribed burn program for spring 2016.

Woodridge Park District Received First Place in Logo Design at State Conference
The new Athletic Recreation Center logo was chosen as the best logo design.
