Periodically Cypress Cove will have a safety break where all patrons will exit the pools and rest for 15 minutes to prevent any possible distressed swimmers due to exhaustion, dehydration, or heat-related illnesses. At this time, adults 21 years and older are allowed to swim in the Main Pool only. Su-Sa at 1:00PM, 3:00PM, and 5:00PM.

Code of Conduct
Patrons are expected to exhibit appropriate behavior at all times. Persons violating any personal conduct regulations, either written or verbal, will be subject to eviction without a refund or to other disciplinary actions.
Daily Admission Fees
Park District IDs must be presented to receive resident rates. Resident IDs are available for $3 and are valid for 3 years. Click here for detailed fee information.
Flotation Devices
U.S. Coast Guard approved personal flotation devices are allowed. Water wings and other flotation devices are prohibited, except at designated times. Lifejackets are available for use with collateral (i.e., license or annual pass).
Food and Beverage Policy
Food and beverages are available inside the facility at the concession stand. Outside food and coolers may not be brought into the park. Sealed water bottles are allowed.
Group Outings
If you have a group of 20 or more, you can visit Cypress Cove at a discounted rate. Click here for group rates.
Guest Passes
Cypress Cove passholders can bring guests to Cypress Cove at a discounted rate. Coupon Books are available for purchase during open swim hours.
Lockers
Lockers are available in the locker rooms, however, patrons must supply locks or puchase one at the General Store. Locks must be removed each day or they will be cut off. Daily Lockers are also available outside of the lockers rooms. Daily lockers require a 25 cent deposit to store your belongings and lock with the key.
Non-Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited inside the park and within twenty-five feet of the public entrance to the facility. There are designated smoking areas outside of the park.
Park Closing Policy
The park will be closed if the wind chill is 68 degrees or below, or at the manager's discretion based on inclement weather, low attendance, or unusual circumstances. Refunds will not be issued. Call (630)985-5620 for Cypress Cove closing information.
Prohibited Items
Chewing gum, oil products, and glass containers are not permitted in the park. Photographic devices and cell phones are not permitted in the locker rooms.
Rain Check Policy
If the facility closes due to inclement weather, patrons can use their initial entry receipt to visit the facility at another time during the current season in which the closing occured. The Park District will not accept receipts for inclement weather on the last two days of the season.
Supervision of Children
Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children. Children 9 and under must be accompanied by a chaperone 18 years or older. Nonswimmers must have a chaperone 18 years or older within arms reach at all times.
Swim Diapers
Children not potty trained must wear swim diapers or plastic pants under their swimsuit. Swim diapers are available for purchase at the General Store.
Water Slide Safety
Patrons must be 42" tall to ride the tube slide, drop slide, or body slides. Only single tubes are allowed on the tube slide. Only one person is allowed on the slide at a time. Pregnant women and people with head, neck, or back problems should not use the slides. Catching children is strictly prohibited.
