2008 Regular Membership Sales

Renewal Options
Returning members and members not needing pictures can register on-line, by mail, in person, or by fax. Proof of residency (i.e., utility bill) is not required for renewal purchases.

Online at www.woodridgeparks.org
Select the Programs button. On the Online Registration page, select Membership Cards, choose the membership card you are renewing (Cypress or Hobson Pool), register each member of your family, and complete payment via Visa or MasterCard.

Download the Membership Renewal Application. Fax the completed application to 353-3320. Note: Visa or MasterCard are the only accepted forms of payment for Fax-In renewals.

For Online, Mail-In, or Fax-In Renewals
Once your pool membership renewal is processed by office staff, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.

Regular Membership Renewals must be postmarked or received by May 19, 2008.

NOTE: Beginning May 19, 2008, all Membership Renewals must be completed in person. See above for times/dates/locations for In Person membership renewals.

Cards Issued in 2005 and New Cards

New members or members needing new pictures (members with passes issued in 2005) will need to register in person. 

What to Bring:

1. One current Utility Bill (within the last 2 months)
2. Cash, VISA or MASTERCARD
3. Official Identification for each family member

Requirement for 16 years and over:
- Driver’s License, State Issued ID Card or Passport
Requirement for 3-15 years:
- Birth Certificate or Passport

Resident ID Card Benefits & Information
Save money by purchasing a resident ID card and receive resident rates at the Cypress Cove Aquatic Park, Hobson Pool and Village Greens Golf Course. Resident ID cards cost $3 each and are valid for 3 years. Cards that are not expired can be revalidated annually free of charge. Lost cards cost $3 each. Anyone without a Resident ID card will pay general admission at the pools and golf course.

AdvancEntry
Enter a half hour before day camp groups and general admission. Members and their guests are welcome during AdvacEntry with purchase of discounted member guest coupons.

NEW! Membership Renewal Coupon Book
Returning members will receive a complimentary coupon book valid during the 2008 swim season at the time of renewal. Coupons include free guest admissions and concession items.

Day Camp Free Mondays & Fridays
Every Monday and Friday of the season, enjoy Cypress Cove without day camp groups.

Member Appreciation Nights
Cypress Cove would like to show its thanks to our members with two evenings of “Members Only” extended hours. Saturday June 28 and Saturday, July 12 from 7 – 9PM.

Splash Party Discount
Receive $5 off your Splash Party for each validated Cypress Cove membership up to $20. Discount is applied for each members who attends the party.

Reduced Private and Semi-Private Rental Fees
Receive $1 off per person on rental fees. Cypress Cove members are only $5 per person on private rentals and $4 per person on semi-private rentals. See rental page for additional fee discounts.

Hobson Pool Privileges
Free use of Hobson Pool.

Membership Savings Power
By coming to Cypress Cove twice a week, your membership only costs on average $2.20 per person, per visit, versus the $7 Resident ID Card Rate per visit. The more you use your membership, the more you save!

Discounted Guest Coupons
Members can bring their guests to Cypress Cove at a discounted rate. Coupon books are available for purchase at Cypress Cove beginning May 24 during open swim hours, weather permitting. Members must present their current membership card to purchase coupon books.

Coupon Guidelines

• Member must be present when redeeming guest coupon and must present facility ID at time of entrance
• One patron per coupon
• Coupons are valid only for the season issued
• AdvancEntry allowed
