Season Pass Sales and Renewals

2011 Season Pass Sales

Purchase or renew season passes at the Woodridge Park District Community Center,
2600 Center Drive, Woodridge, IL before the pool opens on May 28.

Early Bird Sale
Mar 28 – Apr 16
M, W, Th, F - 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Tu - 8:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Sa - 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Sa, Apr 16 - 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Regular Pass Sales
M, Apr 18 – F, May 27 during regular registration hours.

Pass sales will available during general operating hours at Cypress Cove Family Aquatic Park once the facility opens on May 28.

Renewal Options
Returning pass holders and pass holders not needing pictures can register on-line, by mail, in person, or by fax. Proof of residency (i.e., utility bill) is not required for renewal purchases.

Online
You can renew your season pass online only if you have no changes to your pass (no additional people). Log on to Woodridge Parks E-Connect. Select "History" from the person who is the main contact for the account and select the "Renew" button listed next to the "Cypress Cove Swim Pass". The cost of the season pass will be added to your shopping cart.

Your credit card statement or cancelled check will be your registration confirmation.

Early Bird Season Pass Renewals must be postmarked or received by April 15, 2011.

Regular Season Pass Renewals must be postmarked or received by May 21, 2011.

NOTE: Beginning May 23, 2011, all Season Pass Renewals must be completed in person. See above for times/dates/locations for In Person season pass renewals.

Cards Issued in 2008 and New Cards

New pass holders or pass holders needing new pictures (members with passes issued in 2008) will need to register in person. 

What to Bring:

1. One current Utility Bill (within the last 2 months)
2. Cash, VISA or MASTERCARD
3. Official Identification for each family member

Requirement for 16 years and over:
- Driver’s License, State Issued ID Card or Passport
Requirement for 3-15 years:
- Birth Certificate or Passport

Resident ID Card Benefits & Information
Save money by purchasing a Resident ID card and receive resident rates at the Cypress Cove Aquatic Park and Village Greens Golf Course. Resident ID cards cost $3 each and are valid for 3 years. Cards that are not expired can be revalidated annually free of charge. Lost cards cost $3 each. Anyone without a Resident ID card will pay general admission at the pool and golf course.

AdvancEntry
Enter a half hour before day camp groups and general admission. Pass holders and their guests are welcome during AdvacEntry with the purchase of discounted guest coupons.

Day Camp Free Mondays
Every Monday of the season, enjoy Cypress Cove without day camp groups.

Reduced Rental Fees
Cypress Cove season passholders receive additional discounts on private rental fees.

Season Pass Savings Power
By coming to Cypress Cove twice a week, your Pass only costs on average $2.82 per person, per visit, versus the $8 Resident ID Card Rate per visit. The more you use your season pass, the more you save!

Discounted Guest Coupons
Cypress Cove pass holders can bring their guests to Cypress Cove at a discounted rate. Coupon books are available for purchase at Cypress Cove beginning May 28 during open swim hours, weather permitting. Pass holders must present their season pass to purchase coupon books.

Pass holder must be present when redeeming guest coupon and must present facility ID at time of entrance

• Coupons are valid only for the season issued
• AdvancEntry allowed
