February 12, 2014 – At the February 10, 2015 regular board meeting, the Park Board accepted the low qualified bids and approved contract agreements for the Phase 1 Bids for excavation, site utilities and site concrete.

The Phase 1 work will commence as soon as site conditions become suitable for construction operations, tentatively scheduled for March 2015.
The Park Board also authorized the letting of bids for the Phase 2 work specified for precast concrete, structural steel and building concrete. The Phase 2 bid package is tentatively scheduled for letting on February 25, 2015.
Remaining Phase 3 bid packages is tentatively schedule for letting mid to late March 2015.
