Suzy Chudzik: Someone You Should Know

Suzy Chudzik is more than an office manager; she is every department’s right-hand woman. Acting as the office “Siri”, she is often the point of initial contact when a co-worker doesn’t know an answer or where to start.

In 2013, she joined the Woodridge Park District as the administrative office manager. Her responsibilities include the management of the administration office duties and special projects of the Park District including the beer tent at Jubilee and the annual Volunteer Appreciation Party, as well as internal events.

Suzy enjoys working at the Park District because she gets to interact with many of the community members and friends she has known since moving to Woodridge 23 years ago. Prior to the Park District, Suzy worked as a freelance writer, editor and public relations consultant, often writing about the Woodridge community for the Patch, and worked at Village Greens Golf Course.

Suzy is mother to 21-year-old daughter Mia, and 17-year-old triplets, Madison, Analisa and Nick. When not at work, Suzy spends her time at volleyball games, cross country meets and track meets, helping her high school seniors plan for college, fostering dogs, and plotting her adventures for when she is an empty-nester next year.
