May 10, 2018 – The Woodridge Park District Board of Commissioners appointed a new commissioner at their May 8 meeting. Commissioner Sam Venouziou was officially sworn in and began his term on the Board of Commissioners. He fills the vacancy of former Commissioner Jim Duffy, who recently passed away.

Sam began coaching his sons’ soccer teams when they played in the Woodridge Soccer Association’s (WSA) in-house program and for the Woodridge Storm Traveling Soccer Club.
