With the help of Girl Scout Troop #55780, the Woodridge Rotary Club, Park District staff and Bruce Blake from Prairie Wind Native Plants, 300 native plant plugs were planted into a new 400-square-foot native pollinator garden at 83rd Street Park on June 2. The Woodridge Rotary Club secured grant funding for the project through Illinois American Water.
