Updates to the Jubilee Point Park design development (“DD”) plans and preliminary timeline will be presented to the Board of Commissioners at the February 20, 2024 Regular Board Meeting at 6:30 p.m.
Refinements to the DD plans include but are not limited to consideration of adding looped pathways per the Schematic Design Master Plan, refinements to the picnic grove area & amenities, and reduction and relocation of proposed parking to further minimize impacts within wetland buffer zones. The DD phase is a dynamic process requiring continued refinements pending further civil engineering assessment, design refinements, material selections, cost estimates, and value engineering.
